cl-sql-postgresql software package provides CLSQL database backend, PostgreSQL via library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-sql-postgresql
cl-sql-postgresql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-sql-postgresql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-sql-postgresql *
You will get with cl-sql-postgresql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
